Alfred C. Johnson: Alfred C. Johnson has worked for the Division of Quality Assurance in the Wisconsin Department of Health Services since 2001. Alfred has served the Division of Quality Assurance in a variety of roles, including Assisted Living Surveyor, Assisted Living Regional Director, Director of the Bureau of Technology, Licensing and Education, Director of the Bureau of Assisted Living, and currently Deputy Administrator. Alfred currently serves as Board President for the National Association for Regulatory Administration. Alfred has been part of MIPA’s Older Adult Falls Committee for more than a decade, serving as Chair for the last several years.

Charles Vear: Charles Vear, MPH is a Research Analyst at the Medical College of Wisconsin in the Institute for Health and Equity, Division of Epidemiology & Social Science. His work focuses on analysis of violence related data and is largely focused on firearm injury. Prior to his current role, he coordinated the Wisconsin Violent Death Reporting System and was a substance use epidemiology fellow at the Wisconsin Department of Health Services. Charles also serves as Data subcommittee Chair for the Midwest Injury Prevention Alliance.
